تأسست الهيئة العليا للسلوك المالي الخليجي لتنظيم ومراقبة شركات التداول في الخليج. تهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية والنزاهة، وحماية حقوق المستثمرين من الممارسات غير القانونية، وضمان استقرار الأسواق المالية من خلال الإشراف الفعّال وحل النزاعات المالية بشكل عادل.
